Mr. McCormack most recently served as president and chief executive officer of Sun Bancorp, Inc., a diversified financial services holding company with approximately $1 billion in assets. During his leadership at Sun, Mr. McCormack negotiated numerous acquisitions and divestitures.
He also owns the VR Business Brokers office located in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.
Raymond H. Melcher, Jr.
Mr. Melcher has most recently consulted for banks, insurance agencies, securities firms and other companies. He previously served as chairman, president and chief executive officer of Leesport Financial Corp and its wholly-owned subsidiaries Leesport Bank, Essick and Barr Insurance and Madison Financial Advisors. During his tenure, Leesport grew from $200 million of assets to $900 million in assets. In addition, he presided over 11 acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.
David W. Wimer
Mr. Wimer began his career at 3M Company in 1977. From 1979 to 1998 he co-founded several diversified ventures in the B2B sector in services, distribution and technology. After selling his business interests in 1998, Mr. Wimer held key executive positions leading three successful turnarounds of privately-held manufacturing and distribution companies. In 2005, Mr. Wimer founded and then merged a multi-state logistics company that serviced mass merchants. He has holdings in a national transmission franchise and remains active as a small business advisor and investor. Mr. Wimer has had 8 start-ups, 3 turnarounds and 5 privately-held company acquisition & divestitures.
Scott D. Bradbury
Mr. Bradbury has 17 years of real estate experience serving Berks and Lancaster Counties , PA. He is director of commercial real estate for Prudential Commonwealth Real Estate, specializing in commercial and industrial sales, lease negotiations, consulting and asset management.
Joseph "Rusty" Wheeler
Mr. Wheeler began his career as an insurance agent. He later purchased an insurance agency and years later completed his insurance career as partner in one of the largest eastern insurance agencies. In addition, Mr. Wheeler was the initiating founder of Security National Bank in Pottstown , PA.
